How Long after an order can returns be claimed?

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Please note that limited edition items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

Will you accept returns of product in any condition?

Items must be returned in their original condition as shipped originally, with tags attached if applicable.
Returned items cannot be washed, worn, used or altered in any way.

How do I start a return or an exchange?

Before sending anything back, on the left of the davidboydjanes.com Store page please use the link to send a return request. We will provide you with an email containing a Return Authorization Number for approved returns. or exchanges.

Return shipping cost is at purchasers cost.

Any orders sent back without a provided Return Authorization Number will be subject to approval upon receiving the shipment.

Can I return limited edition purchases?

​

No, due to being special orders all limited edition items are final sale only. Within the limited edition item description, no returns is acknowledged.

Can I make orders over the phone?

No, all sales are made at davidboydjanes.com or at events only.

How do orders ship out?

The DBJ store uses Canada Post to ship all orders with tracking service.


Do you let me know when my order has shipped?

Yes, we will send out an email letting you know the order has shipped.


How long does it take to process orders?

Items that are in stock will ship within 3 days of receiving an order. Any items that there is no stock for cannot be purchased, but there will be an option to pre-order.


How long does shipping take?

Typically Canada Post delivers within 4 days. Our expectation is 7 days arrival. During the winter holidays you may see a slightly longer delivery.


What happens if a shipment is lost?

If you order does not arrive within two weeks and you have verified the tracking number provided, we will take care of the lost package process and send out a new shipment. If any items are no longer in stock at the time, we will contact you via email to let you know.

Does this include event tickets?

Yes, we may have event where Back Forty members will be sent early access, discount codes or even VIP passes.

Where do I buy event tickets?

We will provide a link to Event tickets being sold by the host or venue on our "Shows" tab at the top of the davidboydjanes.com site.
If we are hosting an event, we will provide a link within the "Shows" tab to our tickets sales within the davidboydjanes.com site.

Ticket Refunds?

All tickets sales by the host or venue that we do not control sales must be taken up with them. 
Any events hosted by DBJ Entertainment will have a ticket policy at purchase depending on the event.



Do Back Forty Club members get any special offers on tickets?

Yes, at some events Back Forty Club members may receive a code to purchase within the davidboydjanes.com website or to use at external ticket sale sources. Not all events will offer discounts.

Is the Back Forty Club free?

Yes, David Boyd Janes, the Band members and the DBJ Entertainment team know the fans are why we do all of this!


Does davidboydjanes.com guarantee all members discounts on selected events?

No, event tickets may have limitations and/or on a first come first serve basis at release. 

Do Back Forty Club members get DBJ Store discounts?

Yes, we will offer specials periodically on davidboydjanes.com and at events. At live events, you will be required to provide the discount code given to members upon sign up.

How do I book David Boyd Janes for an event?

We would love to entertain you! It is easy to reach out to the DBJ Entertainment team, art the top of the site hit the "Contact" page and submit. Our team will get back you within two business days.



Does David Boyd Janes only do big stage events?

No, David has played the biggest outdoor stages and events as small as writers rounds with under 200 guests. David knows the fans are everything, no matter the capacity.



Is the band only full electric show?

No, David and the band rock pro stages, but also offer a very intimate and interactive acoustic show.


Does the band only play in Ontario?

David Boyd Janes has travelled across Canada shows, recordings and song writing. In 2024 we are planning to do an acoustic tour across Ontario heading to the east coast.



What does the band cost for events?

This isn't an easy question to answer due to many factors. We recommend to you our "Contact" Page to submit details on your event. Once we know what the plan is, equipment available/needed, travel time and some other factors we are happy to provide you quote.



Who is David Boyd Janes?

David is a Toronto native country music artist. David has won multiple artist contests including the Chevy Music Boots and Hearts Emerging Artist. David has written with some of Canada's best Juno winning writers and studios, travelled to Nashville to do writers rounds producing multiple #1 songs all along the way improving his craft. Currently, David has earned 4 top 5 singles on Sirius XM radio and over 10 Million digital streams. 
David and the band put on a high energy full band show along with an interactive acoustic show that fans get to know the stories behind the music.
